My Journey

Carol Yang
I am an ICF PCC certified Executive Coach with over two decades of leadership experience, including a decade in Executive roles, in multiple geographies with Fortune 500 companies.

During my corporate days, I realised that I had to take responsibility for my own development and career path. I longed for someone who could help me. That's why I do what I do today.

I found new purpose in Executive Coaching and I love empowering leaders with the clarity, confidence and authenticity to succeed doing what they love, and find meaning and fulfilment along the way.

Drawing from multiple methodologies, I now leverage my rich corporate experience blended with proven coaching techniques to help you step into your full potential and live your definition of success.

How You Can Work with Me

My process is best suited for people committed to taking decisive action

1. Complimentary Discovery Call

Here we'll explore your needs and define what a successful outcome looks like. As the right chemistry is key for success, we'll also get a sense of what it's like working with each other to see if we'd be a great fit to proceed. 

2. Your First Session

You'll select an area to start working on. Some expected outcomes include:
  • greater self-awareness and a deep dive into what's getting in the way
  • some 'aha' moments
  • specific action steps to begin mapping a way forward

3. Coaching Packages

Choose the package option that best meet your needs - 3 month or 6 month package
Trust is key. So is complete Confidentiality.
